SMS Text Messaging Privacy Policy

This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Kamasajei Sports Med handles information for our text messaging program. It applies specifically to text messages and takes precedence over any conflicting statement in our general Privacy Policy.

What we collect and why. If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through our event session sign-up form, we use your number solely to send you transactional text messages about the session you booked — a booking confirmation and a short reminder shortly before your session time.

No sharing of mobile data. No mobile information — including your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This applies notwithstanding anything stated elsewhere in our policies. Your mobile opt-in data is used only to operate this messaging program and is shared only with the messaging service providers (for example, Twilio) that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1–2 messages per event session you book.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@kamasajeisportsmed.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
